Tag-N-Trac is a leading supplier of device platforms for supply chain IoT platform solutions. Tag-N-Trac team responsible for managing the global IOT device portfolio and product roadmap and driving business growth in emerging enterprise applications such as smart logistics, smart warehouses, Asset Monitoring and Condition Monitoring targeted towards verticals like Pharmaceutical Cold chain and 3PLs and Freight forwarding, High value goods, Food and Retail. We are looking for an expert in the business of software - from ideation to product definition, promotion, advocacy, and marketing to be the SW product management lead of Tag-N-Trac IOT business.

As the Head of SW product management of the IOT platform, you are expected to have strong business acumen coupled with a true passion for software, with interests anywhere from IOT and the edge to the heart of cloud platform as a service. You can simplify complex requirements and identify constraints to help realize your vision. You can build internal consensus to pursue high-impact strategic initiatives through influence and networking.

You Have a Deep Understanding Of The Supply chain focused Market And a Proven SW Management Experience Matured In Large Organizations In The Following Areas

  • Android, Linux, building Platform as a service solution.
  • IOT - embedded Linux technologies , 5G, BLE and Low power sensors-based product definition
  • Containerization and virtualization technologies (Power BI, Analytics)
  • Open-source SW best practices
  • AI/ML ops and technologies
  • Cloud native development and operations
  • Data applications from SQL databases to big data


  • Define the Platform strategy for accelerated scaling, facilitate portability and reusability of SW across platforms and OS’s, drive product choices and priorities, and partner closely with TNT top-class software developers and managers. Analyze competitive landscape and provide agile roadmap changes to stay ahead as leading edge.
  • Drive a team culture built on deep understanding of customer needs and pain points and make extensive use of quantitative/qualitative data and experimentation to influence the design and direction of the product.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics or Mathematics, or a related technical field of study
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in software product management / software management, including 5 or more years in the IOT segment.
  • Six (6) years of leadership experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics, or a related technical field of study
  • Twenty (20) years of experience in software product management / software management, including 10 or more years in the IOT segment.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of program management methodology (e.g., planning, scheduling, tracking, execution). This includes the ability to effectively use program management tools to carry out the program management function.
